This workshop is for mental health workers, yoga teachers, law enforcement and alternative medicine practitioners.

JFSA Cleveland and Tough as Milk are offering a dynamic, interactive workshop that will cover trauma theory: its mental and physical effects on a person, and how trauma-informed yoga can be used as a tool in the healing process. We will also discuss the difference between traditional yoga and trauma-informed yoga and how these concepts can be integrated into various practices.
