April 22, 2015 (Beachwood) – PLAN of Northeast Ohio, a program of Jewish Family Service Association, is pleased to announce David Kendrick as the Recipient of the 2015 Volunteer of the Year Award. David has been a member of PLAN for 24 years and a loyal volunteer for the last 20 years. As a PLAN volunteer David serves in the Office Volunteer Program and has helped non-profits and other businesses complete numerous mailing projects. He is fully committed to the program and finds that accomplishing meaningful work is the highlight of his day. He consistently works hard and is always reliable. David is also a very kind person with a gentle personality.

PLAN is a membership organization for individuals with mental illness, cognitive disabilities and Autism spectrum disorder. Since 1989, PLAN of Northeast Ohio has provided help to those living with chronic mental illness and their families. PLAN’s approach provides the tools individuals need to achieve enduring emotional and cognitive growth.
