Case Management
Case management is an essential tool to help those affected by domestic
violence navigate the maze of social service, legal, medical, vocational
and welfare systems. Our case management includes assistance in obtaining
and coordinating referral services, accompanying clients on appointments,
safety assessment and planning, and justice systems advocacy.
Individual Counseling and Support Groups
To assure confidentiality and safety, counseling and support groups are provided
at JFSA sites as well as in neutral confidential locations. Groups include

and women's ongoing support groups and art activity groups for children.
Community Education
Professional training, speaker’s bureau, literature and resource materials
are available.
Referral Services
Legal, medical, vocational, educational and/or financial services are important
components for
empowering victims are available through JFSA and other community agencies.
Our case manager coordinates individualized client plans to help victims become
abuse free.
Outreach
Educational outreach efforts are aimed at several selected populations, recognizing
they must deal with additional barriers. These include:
