Career Services offers a wide range of services to help individuals and families assess their employment skills, understand the job market, develop computer skills, and enhance their ability to compete in that market.
Career Workshops Workshops teach sales and marketing techniques to facilitate a proactive job search. Combines group workshops with individual consultations focusing on self-assessment, resume preparation, job targeting, interviewing skills, and networking. Career Counseling Career counseling assists clients in formatting short and long-term employment goals. In addition, this program helps clients analyze their work histories and identify strengths, interests and values as they relate to the world of work.
Vocational Testing Individual counseling and a battery of vocational tests help the client assess his/her values, interests, aptitudes and behavioral style as they relate to employment. Serves the needs of high school students as well as adults in transition or those with a disability.
Profit from Experience Senior Career Services "Profit from Experience" is Jewish Family Service Association's program focused on connecting experienced and reliable adults ages 55 and older with career opportunities in the Greater Cleveland area. |
