A Greater Cleveland non-profit social services agency, is currently seeking applicants for an Accounts Payable Specialist in its Finance department. Day Support Supervisor JFSA, prominent social services, non-profit Agency on the East side of Cleveland is seeking a Day Support Supervisor for our program serving adults with DD/ID diagnosis. The Day Support supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Day Support Program (staffing, consumer health and safety, fiscal, programming, regulatory compliance, participation and communication as a member of the department management team) and providing leadership and support to all program subordinates. Also responsible for organizing curricula and daily consumer program schedules, overseeing the implementation of all programs, participating in each consumers IEP meetings and preparing ISP and billing documentation.

We will provide you with training to become certified in CPR, First Aid, and medication administration. JFSA is seeking a Group Home Manager for our Residential Services Department. Responsibilities include providing direct service to consumers, supervising direct care staff, training, scheduling and personnel decision making. -Must be able to work evenings and weekends, fluency in ASL a plus!

The Marketing and PR Specialist is responsible for coordinating the Agency's marketing and communications materials and public relations efforts to effectively market the services and programs of the Agency. The Specialist works with staff to ensure that line of business revenue goals are met, through the use and deployment of effective marketing and sales strategies. Takes assignments from concept through finished work. -Serves as the primary writer for all Agency program marketing communications collateral, including Annual Report, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and advertisements. Works with program staff to identify story ideas and client/family testimonials. -Actively seeks publicity to promote goodwill and top-of-mind awareness for the Agency. Maintains direct contact with media outlets. Writes and distributes all press releases. Serves as the Agency spokesperson as required. Coaches Agency staff on media interviews as appropriate. -Coordinates special events (health fairs, community outreach exhibits, etc.) as assigned, including coordinating staff, budget, timeline, vendors, promotional items, signage and other resources as required. Works with the Graphic Designer to ensure table displays comply with Agency and program branding strategy. -Maintains and updates Agency's website, including internet strategy, design and content development for specific programs, identifying specific functionality requirements to support program objectives. Creates, designs and implements department specific websites. Generates detailed reports and analysis of web site traffic and prepares recommendations. -Assists the Director in negotiating pricing and contracts with marketing suppliers, including printers, media outlets, photographers, and other suppliers. Determines specifications and oversees preparation of RFPs for all marketing communications materials. Ensures productive working relationships with all primary suppliers.
-Assists with the recruitment of agency volunteers as needed.
-Assists the Director with managing fundraising activities and leads those activities as needed. -Works with the Director to implement media buying plans for the Agency's programs. Responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of local media plans and formulates recommendations for media buys.
-Assists the Director in planning and producing agency/program video segments including research, scripting, taping, editing, and post-production activities. Manages external resources as appropriate. -Prepares the Agency's competitive advertising and editorial clippings report for inclusion in the bi-monthly Board report.
-Oversees all agency stationery and collateral inventories at each JFSA office; coordinates with staff to conduct inventory updates on regular basis. Maintains the JFSA photo archives, photo release forms and PR files. -JFSA Care at Home is looking for a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services to our clients in their own homes in accordance with patients' plan of care. -Physical Therapy Assistant position is requires licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant upon graduation from an approved curriculum for PTA approved by CAPTE. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a PTA with previous experience in Home Care setting desired. -JFSA is currently seeking a Regional Team Leader for our Ascentia Residential Services Program. This complex, multifaceted program with a multi-million dollar budget focuses on assisting people with intellectual disabilities in the residential setting. -Regional Team leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the local region (staffing, consumer health and safety, fiscal, programming, regulatory compliance, participation and communication as a member of the department management team), developing an organized staff development plan for the region and providing leadership and support to all program subordinates. -Will supervise all managers on a specific region team. JFSA Care at Home has openings for Full-time and PRN Registered nurses. Bi-lingual (Russian and English) candidates very welcome.
Current RN license and 2 or more years experience in Med/Surg and/ or Geriatric Nursing and Homecare experience a must. Must have excellent assesment skills. Knowledge of Oasis and Medicaid/Medicare strongly preferred.

-Responsible to travel in the community to provide nursing assessments and to supervise and evaluate homemaker/PCA staff -Responsible to open new request for service, developing plans of care with the patient and or family, and completing agreements for service -Provide visits and ongoing supervision to all patients according to physician orders and within required time frames -Responsible for completing physician?s orders and Comprehensive (OASIS) assessments with in the time frames dictated by the regulating bodies -Responsible to provide education and resources to patients and families within the community -Assist with Quality Improvement activities -Assist in providing accurate and timely billing and payroll information to the fiscal staff -Provide on-call coverage evenings, holidays and weekends as needed in rotation with other supervisory nurses -Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations on all clients -Attends in-services as scheduled JFSA is seeking on-call Secondary Community Support Professional to provide supportive services to adults with severe mental disabilities. This position is responsible for working with agency clients regarding the nature of severe mental illness and the potential usefulness of medication, case management, activity groups and other services. They will instruct clients on activities of daily living, including shopping, budgeting, traveling, and community adjustment. They can provide transportation to services and resources and assist in monitoring client?s mental status and general functioning. |
