Ascentia operates 45 group residences throughout Northeast Ohio.

• 25 twenty-four hour MRDD Group Residences

• 15 Supported Living Sites

• 5 mental health sites

We are a residential facility waiver provider, Individual/Options waiver
provider, and supported living provider. We serve:

• Adults with MRDD and/or mental illness

• Adults with traumatic brain injury

• Deaf adults with MRDD and/or mental illness
