Health and Wellness Education

Two programs are offered:

Health & Wellness: Designed as a small group discussion and recreational series, this program for clients will teach healthy lifestyle practices which will be helpful in their recovery, such as good nutrition, weight control, diabetes education, and coping with stress.

Psycho-Education Community Support: These support groups are part of series of problem-solving sessions to educate families about their child’s mental illness; and help them learn new ways of managing the disability and advocating for services on their child’s behalf.
