Dr. Friedman has practiced as an internist with University Hospitals. She received her medical degree from The Ohio State University and completed her internship and residency training at Barnes-Jewish Hospital
in Internal Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Lynda Montgomery

Dr. Montgomery is Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the School of Medicine and Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Community Health at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She earned her MD from the University of Pennsylvania and her MEd from John Carroll University. Dr. Montgomery was an attending physician in the Family Medicine Center, a residency-faculty practice at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center for over 10 years. Dr. Montgomery is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Her special clinical interests: are wellness, prevention, care of medically vulnerable populations, and care of young families.

Dr. Rosenberg received his medical degree from the Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine training at the Duke University Medical Center. His pulmonary training was completed at the National Institutes of Health and he holds a Master degree in Public Health from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and occupational medicine and serves as a pulmonary specialist at University Hospitals of Cleveland.

Dr. Singerman is a practicing podiatrist with more than 25 years of experience. After receiving his medical degree from Kent State University/Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, he completed his surgical training at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, he continues to work closely with the diabetic and geriatric community in Beachwood and surrounding suburbs in Northeastern Ohio. He runs a private practice for Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Beachwood.

Dr. Sandy Chang, MD, MHS, received her Medical Degree at Brown Medical School with a specialization in family medicine. She completed her Certificate in Gerontology at the Center of Aging and Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Chang comes to University Hospitals from Yale University. She is a 2010 Hartford Scholar in Geriatric Medicine and conducted clinical research on the epidemiology of aging, including the impact of chronic disease on frail elders. Dr. Chang is an Attending Physician at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, Acute Care of the Elderly Unit, and Assistant Professor at the Center for Geriatrics and Palliative Care at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Dr. Stefan Gravenstein

Dr. Stefan Gravenstein, MD, MPH, received his medical degree from The Ohio State University, his masters in public health from Eastern Virginia Medical School and Old Dominion University, and completed a medical residency and geriatrics fellowship at the University of Wisconsin and the William S Middleton VAMC, both in Madison. He is the Director of the Center for Geriatrics and Palliative Care at University Hospitals Case Medical Center and professor in the Department of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Gravenstein is a Certified Medical Director, and adjunct professor at Brown University. He was the founding medical director of memory disorders clinics at both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he served 20 years, previously tenured at University of Wisconsin (1995), and founding geriatrics fellowship director and palliative care program at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he was the John Franklin Chair of Geriatrics. He has been clinically and academically active in geriatrics, hospice and palliative care since the 1980s.
