Alyson’s Place, JFSA’s primary care medical clinic, represents a major step forward in client care and gives JFSA clients access to affordable quality healthcare services conveniently located in the Drost Family Center. Our clinic helps JFSA clients and their families benefit from improved care coordination, reduced hospital admissions and re-admissions, lower rates of hospital emergency department use, and reduced healthcare costs.
Alyson’s Place provides:

Improved Care Coordination
Alyson’s Place medical staff works with you, JFSA case managers and social workers as needed to make sure you receive coordinated treatment and to determine if other services are needed. In addition, because of JFSA’s special collaboration with local area hospitals, we can make direct referrals for specialty health care services. Patients and family members gain peace of mind because of the improved care coordination that results when patients use Alyson’s Place for their primary care needs.
Caring and Attentive Medical Staff
Alyson’s Place medical staff are experienced in making sure patients are completely comfortable during their entire visit and have their questions answered in a clear and meaningful manner. When you visit Alyson’s Place, you will enjoy a friendly experience in a cheery office environment.
Home Visits Available
If you are unable to visit the clinic, our Nurse Practitioner can visit you right in your own home! We can come to you when and where you need us, so you get the right care at the right time.
JFSA assists individuals with mental illness reduce or alleviate symptoms of psychiatric illness in conjunction with other services and supports offered through JFSA. Psychiatrists assess and prescribe medications. Psychiatric nurses are used when necessary to stack medications, monitor medication adherence and provide medication education.
Geriatric Medical Assessment Services assist older adults who are experiencing symptoms of dementia or other cognitive disorders, including Alzheimer’s, related to aging. Services are offered on-site at the clinic or in the home.
Our podiatrist is an integral part of the treatment team and works directly with primary care physicians and plays a key role in helping patients manage diabetes successfully and avoid foot-related complications.
